I just checked the ticketing system as a client and it works for me. Just send us a screenshot next time you have this kind of a problem and we will fix it asap. Credit card payments are handled by 2CheckOut payment processor, it looks everything is working for other clients, but we are checking with them if there were any issues today.

Talked to OP on skype, very informative. Bought the starter package, will be posted some reviews soon.

Thanks for posting a review! You are right, links are still being indexed and link juice just started to flow because of drip feed we do. However, there are already improvements visible, your site got from nowhere to 15th page of big G in this first phase and this is expected speed for Starter package and keyword with 33000 monthly search volume. First improvements are on average visible after 1 up to few weeks (depending on competition), while top results come after that when more link juice get to the site.
