This was mentioned few times already here on thread. Only part of links are from SAPE network, in total we use 6 different advertising agency platforms that are renting link spots. In general, link quality is something you don't need to worry about, all links, including those links from sites available on SAPE are from clean, real world, established, authoritative sites. The only thing that connects them with SAPE is they are selling their ad space there, but they are selling them on at least few other agencies as well. What's important, sites we use are not 'made for SEO' and we are not a blog networks which would be easy to track. In fact, there is nothing to track with us.

It's nice to see some result after a week, but my kw is still dancing. First seen last June 8th on spot 85th then after few hours it was gone in serp. June 9th - spot 75 then gone. Earlier this day it was on spot 57th then gone.
