I believe you forgot to authenticate the proxy. Please login to your Proxy-N-Vpn account and from here go to SERVICES --- MY PROXIES. From here you can download your proxy and also you can set the Authentication. You can choose IP Auth or User and Pass Auth. If you will choose IP Auth you must add your real IP in our dashboard panel. Or, if you are using a VPS, you must add the IP of the VPS.

There is an option to request a proxy change on your proxies dashboard, if you do not complete the proxy change form you can keep the same proxies as long as you pay your monthly subscription.
