We change the proxy/proxies only if you will ask. You can ask for a proxy change once/month after the billing date. You can keep the same proxy/proxies as long as you pay your monthly subscription.
There is an option to request a proxy change on your proxies dashboard, if you do not complete the proxy change form you can keep the same proxies as long as you pay your monthly subscription.

Please login in your Proxy-N-Vpn account and from here go to SERVICES --- MY PROXIES. From here you can download your proxies and also you can set up the Authentication. You can choose IP Auth or User and Pass Auth. If you will choose IP Auth you must add your IP in our dashboard panel.

Can you tell me about facebook on your proxies, anyone already had problems with facebook blocking the proxies? with my old provider i had several proxies that was sent to me as new but when i tried log in fb said that "ip" was blocked by suspicius activities; they sent me new proxies to replace but the problem is if this happen after i set a proxy in account, fb will block the account as well, then if i change the proxy i'd have to verify the account by mobile ou friends
. So i want to find a provider that don't have this type of problems haha.

I've been using their services since about 6 months and the only issue I face is that at times the proxies are extremely slow. I only use them with firefox and webpages timeout. This happens randomly on the NYC server and the support team isn't fixing the issue. Are you overselling or something?

If you want I can change you the proxy with another proxy from another city.
There are a number of factors that will determine the speed you get behind a proxy server. The most obvious factor is your Internet speed to begin with, and the distance between your physical location and the location of our proxy server nodes. For example connecting from India to our US server corresponds to some thousands of kilometers long trip, and therefore some speed loss is going to be inevitable. The closer you are to our proxy server locations, the lesser chance you'll experience speed loss. Usually, our proxy will not slow down your Internet connection and your system to an extent that is noticeable.
