I sent a message to your support email over 2 days ago but you have not replied so I'll post my issue on here. Basically I purchased 5 proxies to trial your services to see if they were any good. I have tried three of the 5 proxies and each time the same problem occurred. I would try to access a webpage and this message would pop up:

ERRORThe requested URL could not be retrieved
The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://google.com/
Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

This message appeared on every webpage I tried to access. I didn't even bother to try the last two proxies you gave me as I didn't see what the point was, its clear none of them work. I'm really frustrated by this as I need the proxies urgently for a project I've been planning for 3 weeks. Everything has had to be put on hold. I had issues with the last set of proxies I purchased as well (not from you, from another blackhat supplier). Those proxies worked fine for accessing webpages but would not allow me to login to my accounts. Anyway, for whatever reason I just seem to be cursed with bad luck when it comes to proxies. Hopefully you can rectify the issue for me.

The proxies are not working because you forgot to set up the Authentication in our dashboard panel. You can choose IP Authentication or User and Password Authentication. Please log in , in your Proxy -N-Vpn account and from here go to SERVICES --- MY PROXIES. From here you can download your proxies and also you can set up your Authentication.
