Communication: wpprofessional seemed like a robot at first when I inquired him with VERY specific instructions on how to write my product reviews. There was probably 11 bullet points of detailed criteria that he had to include in my articles. He replied in a very, very timely manner with a simple "ya it is possible" with a quote included. 5/5
TAT: Extraordinarily fast. He was able to deliver 3500 words of content in less than 14 hours- that is correct: 14 hours. 5/5
Quality: The quality of the articles exceeded my expectations by far and included EVERYTHING meaning ALL 11 bullet points of what I wanted included in the articles; this even included the exact formatting of how I wanted the review done. 5/5

I think I've finally found my go-to person for articles.
