So think before buying.. OVH is not allowing unsolicited emails at all... If anyone need proof I have skype chat... you will know how rude he is...

As for refund it is CLEARLY write at BST that due to the narute of the service we do not offer any refund, you should read the terms prior ordering.

Obviously i offer refund if fail to deliver of course. I suppose you wanted to blast your campaign and then to simply ask for refund, this is not going to happen.

I guarantee 10/10 at mail-tester.com during delivery else can give refund.

When you can not provide the proper server then obviously you should refund... If you remember, I asked for plain centos 6 64 bit server, you provided me the server but when I was rebooting the server, all the IPs were detaching and you had to reinstall the server.. after doing such silly thing 3-4 times, you told me that it is not possible to resolve the issue in centos... so you asked me to provide other OS but I did not accept and asked for refund... that time you rejected to give me refund... now tell me how did u deliver me the server perfectly?

I simply asked a notmal plain centos 6 64 bit server...

Also, when you provided the server even if I purchased server with 4 GB ram , you tried to fool me with 1 gb ram... when I complaint about it, you upgraded the ram immediately...

In simple words, you are cheater, dont have knowledge of email marketing and You are the most rude service provider so far....

Service is come along with centos 7 and there are reasons for these as ip issues, despite this i tried to provide with your request OS as a favor since i was not obliged to do so.

As for RAM the issue resolved within minutes. When you install same machine several times you will miss something for sure.

I did render and delivered the service and what you paid for, a SMTP with 10/10 proof,end of story.

If you still thinks you have valid grounds feel free to open support ticket , this is BST thread not support one

I know this is not support but I want let others know how your service is.. I asked for the refund when you could not provide me centos 6 64bit.. I did not ask you to give me any installations because I wanted to install my way.. I never saw like if something is installed on server and if server is rebooted, everything wipes away.. so dont give such logic..

For the support you did not give me support that time now how would I expect support from u..

U just rudely said do whatever u want.. so I am alerting people here about ur services..
