Is this still active? I made a purchase a few days back and didn't hear anything. Also sent a few support tickets and didn't hear back.

Mine worked for 2 days and then on the 3rd, it sent out half of my 6k (warming up the IP). 4th day nothing. Can't connect to SMTP anymore. I have sent 2 messages by Skype, 1 support ticket, 1 BHW PM and now this over the past week. So far a waste of $230, hopefully he can get it going again and extend my time or give me a refund.

One question please about the starter server, it says it includes SPF but right below it says Professional Installation Of Your DNS - We will add to your DNS your MX,SPF and DKIM records. ($0.00 USD One Time + $27.71 USD Setup Fee)

How does the SPF included in the package work? You provide the record but the SPF is up to us to set up on our own DNS? Thanks.

Professional DNS Installation is the service we enter DNS records on your behalf.
Once ordered the only you have to do is to point domain to my ns.
If you do not order the add on we will provide the required records as a,mx,spf dkim on you and you will have to enter these on your own.

ok the nameservers has been changed. it is reporting from your nameserver. so now setup the rdns for me. thanks. let me now when that is done.
