Are you kidding me? I placed order for two packages just a few days ago... Sharks.. I should have a saving of close to USD$44. Are you going to release this discount to me and refund the discount in cash back to my Paypal ?

Anyway, back to my review of Teo. I placed two orders for bronze and silver package about five days ago. Paid extra for DKIM, SPF and rDNS record setup.

I like to begin my review with negative part before concluding my review.

Here goes the negative/s:
1. The extra cost was not clear enough, like the part of the extra cost to setup DKIM was only found on the order page. It will be better if it was placed in your promotional flyers. Extra payment is fine and nothing wrong with that but the customer experience would suffer if the extra cost if not stated in the promotion flyer.

2. I think this has nothing to do with Teo but I want to put this so as to help newbies understand. There is a difference between SMTP and a mailing server. Teo is selling a SMTP server not a mailing server. Even though SMTP can be used to send emails but it will be hosted on Teo VPS which means shared resources. This will affect your sending rate significantly. I did a test on the bronze package and the sending speed for SMTP server is around 120 emails per hour. For those high volume sender, I will suggest that you use a dedicated mailing server ( which you can buy from Teo or any providers) and use the SMTP provided by Teo to increase your inbox rate

The Good/s:
1. Teo is very polite, experienced and helpful
2. The IPs provided are whitelisted
3. Inbox rate is good but I think some of my emails went to my spam box in Gmail and Hotmail during my test
4. Interspire installation is working fine

Test environment:
1. I used the SMTP server from Teo to do the sending
2. Using Sendblaster Pro on my VPS do the sending
3. Unfortunately I was unable to test using my mailing server as there was a problem with the relay access (problem on my own server)

To conclude, I will recommend his service as CAN BUY

P.S: I used to have a posting regarding buying of Feathercoin awhile back which was deleted by the Mod due to terms on BHW. I will like to take this opportunity to tell those who have responded in that posting and calling me a scammer that I am using real money to buy real service. Stop assuming everyone is a fraud unless you have evidence. You know who you are!!

regarding extra cost of dns records, you can avoid it if you want by entering the records I will sent to you by yourself.

concerning speed blast there is surely something wrong with frond end since you should get approximately 50.000 send emails per day.
