IMO i would not try to blast 100k with business plan which has just 2 ips since the chance to get blacklisted is really high but this is something is up to you.

Domains are really rare to get blacklisted, ips does so.

Is the IP that comes with the starter package "CLEAN" and unused? Or can I risk that I get a used IP?
