This is new to me, so I need a bit of guidance.

For my URL: Do you just need my main url ...-or-... a specific blog post/page?

Keywords: Should I research 3 keywords that I'd like to rank for....-or-....3 keywords that I've targeted in some of my posts?

The reason I'm asking is my site is fairly new (Not a lot of content), and I have no clue if any of the keywords in my current posts are worth ranking.
