I placed an order not too long ago and had a special request for my tumblr blog. OP was very accommodating to my needs and helped me find what I was looking for. The blog I got had the advertised PR and when I checked the backlinks, there were some pretty nice external backlinks pointing to the domain. I also received a Bonus PR2 blog along with it. This one was not as impressive in terms of the backlinks, but it was free so I can't complain :)

I'm planning ways to take advantage of these high PR blogs now. Thinking about using them for quick indexation of client blogs or perhaps selling it on fiverr once I have a few more of them. Going to test it out first and see if google likes them.

I recommend using them for the PageRank juice which will pass authority onto your website ;)
