I have got my proxies, in fact there are some waiting time between the payment and the confirmation. I got it on Sunday, which is really good, but I suggest that the seller announces this to the customer.

I read that I don't need to renew the product because the renew is automatic. How do I cancel the service? I want to buy the 5 proxies pack inside of 1 proxy.

in order to cancel a package of proxies please go to the client area page (dashboard) and click on "products/services", then click on the product you would like to cancel and you will notice on the next page, in the up-right corner a drop-down sub-menu called "please select", select from there "request cancellation" and complete the cancellation form. repeat this process for every product/service you would like to cancel. If you want to upgrade your package of proxies to a bigger package follow the tutorial but instead of choosing cancellation form the drop-down menu, choose Upgrade/Downgrade option.

We do not change the proxies everyday, you can ask for a proxy change once/month after the billing date, you can keep the same proxy/proxies as long as you pay your monthly subscription and you do not request a proxy change from your proxies dashboard.
