Your original set of articles had been delivered late, so I asked to offer 5 x 500 words compensation articles, which I delivered late by a 18 hrs, then I offered another set of 5 x 500 words compensation articles. I suppose you're talking about this set, so in total I have already offered you 5 compensation articles and now tomorrow or by Sunday you'll be getting the next set of compensation articles. Thanks -- Thereafter, I hope our dispute will be closed.

Get this clear, the dispute had been closed in view that I did not want your paypal acct to suffer. But I have been taken for a ride too many times. Too many times you have agreed on a deadline with penalty of refund, articles, reporting your thread. Too many times I let it slide. And because I agreed to go your way all the time, you take it for granted like you have done for other members here.

I warned you this will happen if you take things lightly and you have hit the final straw. I'd rather not have any pte messages with you. Whatever you promise, pen it down on your own thread. Tired of listening to your excuses.

Ordered 12 articles July 17th with 3-4 day delivery time. Received 6 articles 2 weeks later.

The articles are of high quality, but for all i can tell, OP has problem with his writes or something. you should be bother about the TAT when you order and not the quality at this time.
Although I have Received my articles after about 3 weeks + and promised to receive bonus for the delay, but it has been pending for ages.

Edit: Sent OP an Email and received reply within minutes, this is strange, he has promised to resolve all issues within the next few hours.. well, this time i hope it is for real.

After so long, I finally received the last outstanding compensation articles. I'd like to chime in that Brian is at least trying to right things. But needs a ton of improvement for setting and managing expectations. That was one of the main reason that got me real unhappy.

I hope, moving forward things can be resolved quickly and regain the trust of other BHWers again.

Brian, let me know when I will get my money back. Don't want to have to escalate the dispute to a claim as being digital products I won't get buyer protection. Please provide me with a reasonable and achievable time frame for the refund (of course you can just accept my dispute and send the refund that way).
