I have already been in contact with every member who is having issue with the service. I am sure this can be sorted out and things can be back on track. If you have any issue or problem with the service, please email me on [email protected] or add me on skype -- briankade001 .

There's only a couple of clients who want refund right away for small orders. I will sort out their issue in the coming week as and when my Paypal comes back to positive. There's couple of others who have one or two articles missing, which I will send rightaway. Others who have not received their articles or their order has been delayed will be offered 10 x 500 words free compensation articles each. All the compensation articles will be delivered within a week's time. We are willing to resolve everything earnestly and diligently. Please share your issue via mail on [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve the issue amicably. Thanks to everyone for sharing their views about our service. It will be immensely helpful to work harder, take lessons and improve as much as possible so that we can avoid these mistakes. Thanks again.

PS: As mentioned in my last post, we are not taking any orders at the moment. I will update the thread when everything has been sorted out. Thanks.

I ordered and paid 20 rewrites on the 15 June, you delivered 10 rewrites on the 19 June. Since then you made numerous false promise of delivery, compensations etc. I never received the rest of my order nor the compensations. Every time you came with the same excuse that it will be delivered in the next couple of hours. I even offered you on the 30 July that I would accept the 2000 words compensation and settled the matter in the place of the 10 rewrites and you confirmed again that they would be delivered on that day, but it did not happened.

Please don't reply here that you will PM me or email me. Just reply here in this thread when are you going to deliver the rest of my orders or the compensation and I will confirm here when I received them.

4 hrs max is now more than 72 hours and am still waiting for the articles. If i wait for another 24 hours, please I would love to ask for refund to buy from other buyers.

OP promised to send the articles in less than 2 hours very early in the morning and now it is almost 15 hours and am yet to get the articles or a reply from Him....

And yes, i won't trust your word if you said you will refund the money to me in next week or 3 days time, just do it NOW, i have waited for a very long time already.

If you need your articles in a timely manner, then i will advice you to wait or look for other sellers until OP resolve whatever it is that is holding him from delivering articles ordered 2 weeks plus.

I used to buy a lot of articles from BrianKade. They USED to be superb quality and he would deliver them fast.
But my past 2 orders have been horrible. Late delivery (up to 2-3 weeks despite being promised within 5-6 days); articles quality deteriorating very badly.. as if it's written by a 15 year old. Many grammar and spelling mistakes, .etc.

I just gave up and switched to NewKid for my articles now.

Your original set of articles had been delivered late, so I asked to offer 5 x 500 words compensation articles, which I delivered late by a 18 hrs, then I offered another set of 5 x 500 words compensation articles. I suppose you're talking about this set, so in total I have already offered you 5 compensation articles and now tomorrow or by Sunday you'll be getting the next set of compensation articles.
