I got the first site and here is a review to date (5/22);
Quality: 5/5 - There are some nice extra touches I wasn't expecting like image attribution, a logo, and a privacy policy.
TAT 3.5/5 - They are still building out the last part of the package and it has been 30 days or so. They did stop taking orders as they had problems with a contractor so I felt comfortable with the delay.
Customer Service 5/5 - I received answers promptly to all my emails and requests.
Content 5/5 - Articles, images and a video came with the site. Articles are well written at appropriate reading levels, not too high or too low. Images are appropriate for the content and attributed. A one-minute video was created and posted to my website and to video content sites as well, I believe. The theme chosen for the niche was appropriate and appealing.
Monetizeable 5/5 - multilpe ad slots are nicely placed on all pages plus I have affiliate links on the site. Will have to wait a little longer to find out how the site monetizes.
Social Accounts 5/5 - Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook accounts were created and have followers and initial posts.
Overall 4.8 / 5 and well worth the money.
