REVIEW
I have received almost all of the site and the only thing that is left is my site is getting the bookmarks sent to it. I felt I should come back here because after everything I have had a great experience with Hameem and his service.
Design 5/5: Site looks great! It has everything a authority site would need. I sent a couple people I knew over to tell me what they thought of the site and both of them didn't even think a "Quality" site like that could belong to me
Articles 5/5: All the articles have great on page seo optimization and are of good quality. I read through a couple of them and no spelling mistakes and articles are well researched.
TAT 4/5: I am getting everything completed a little bit later then the specified date BUT I would rather wait and get a quality site then get my site on time and it be rushed and be complete garbage.
Communication 5/5: Hameem was usually on skype anytime I had a question and if he wasn't he responded back to my questions within a hour of me asking them. Hameem answered all my questions and constantly kept me updated when I asked to see what was being done at that time. Also, anytime I had a problem or wanted something changed to look a different way Hameem logged in and fixed it right then. I really appreciated that as most people just try and finish the product then give it too you with the mindset you can change it yourself if you don't like it.
Overall this was a great service and with everything you get out of it its well worth every penny and then some. Hameem is a very nice guy who supplies a quality service and I will defiantly be coming back for more!

The site is completed and it is only missing some external link, but here is my review.
Content (10/10): It was written for human and it is not overly SEO optimize. They are high quality images on each article and very relevant to it (not your typical grab a picture related to your keyword and done cheap). The structures of the article are very efficient and easy to read. You can easily see the difference between these articles and your typical bulk writer (2-3 big paragraphs).
Site design (9/10): Simple and clean. At first, I thought it was too simple. But the true objective is to have a design which pop based on your niche (mine is health, so clean is important) and easy to find the information I need. A design which is based on authority!
Social Account (8/10): As describe, 3 profiles (Facebook fan page, Twitter and Pinterest account). They are very simple, no design. These accounts are the standard in order to build authority site by spreading words and etc.
Video (10/10): I was actually impress that it was made well, I thought it would be someone taking himself with a smartphone and talk about my niche, but it was done as if the person had professional equipment. Not a whiteboard ad or talking description.
Time (8/10): Project wasn't delivering as the expected date. It was only 2 days late. But Hameem was very professional and answer promptly to the question and give you an insight on where the project is going.
Final verdict: Get his service! The importance of an authority site is all about providing human relevant information which would results into provoking a leads from visitor to customer. In this point of view, Hameem provided an excellent work on it. As for the next part, the monetization is up to you on what you want to promote. A full fledge site ready to get ranked naturally and doing some nice diverse linking.
