What we do is make a unique natural looking user profile and leave a review of the customer site on there (sometimes add a follow up review form another user as well)

I have used this service for nearly two months, and Legit seo (almost identical service run by same people) for a further three months before it was closed and Immortal SEO took its place.
I'm happy with the quality of work, no spammy links, all hand written stuff. I have been on the Bronze package and saw some good movement in SERPS within the first couple of months for my authority site (1~ year old site).
Since Penguin 2.0 hit I have seen a drop in ranking across all keywords I gave them to work on. However, I did have a gap of around 20 days just before penguin 2.0 where I could not pay the subscription due to unforeseen circumstances. I also had a LOT of competitors spring up around two months ago that have been gaining ground. So I'm not blaming this service for the drop in rankings.
I have decided to continue with the service on a bronze package and to back it up with one or two other services which will hopefully get me where I want to be. As it stands I must say I'm a bit disappointed with where I am in the SERPS. Taking into account the money I've put into the service, and that I have allowed four + months to see results, I would hope to be at least in the top five results for all the keywords I gave them.
I'm careful not to say outright that this service is rubbish, because I don't believe it is. Like I said, I think there are other factors at work here and I am actually happy with the quality of links provided and the manner in which they are delivered. The very fact that I'm continuing with the service despite my serp troubles tells you it must be good, either that or I am a fool!
Perhaps Bronze package just doesn't cut it for my niche any more, which really has exploded in the last four months. If that's the case and you don't think you can get me where I want to be please let me know and I will reconsider my options.
Communication is good but has been a little on the slow recently. What's the best way to get hold of you Bulldogzg? Because I have tried your personal email, bhw messages and skype and recently you have taken longer than I would have liked to respond. Is it better to just open a ticket through the site?
So I'm really hoping that within another couple of months at the most I can top the SERPS with the service and the help of a couple of others and my site can take its rightful place at the top. As it is the biggest, best and highest quality authority site of its kind (and that's not just me being big-headed). Sadly right now I continue to be outranked by brand new sites with pure SAPE links.
I was told (by Bulldogzg) that my niche is manually checked regularly, and that the new sites relying heavily on sape would be penalized, that hasn't happened yet.
