Hi pixelgrinder and seankearns i think this is their blog network and they're selling backlinks in posts from their blogs. I do agree at first I did think this was a service for micro niche sites though.

Edit: it maybe the domain PR, don't think it's the page PR.

The posts will be published on the homepage and will eventually fall off but we will continually build backlinks directly to the post that we have been getting great success with.

The content is actually spun to be unique.
