Hello,
I noticed on your sales page that you don't offer any training or tutorials
but you did mention that you do have plans in the future to offer videos
on certain friend bomber features. My question is, when exactly do you
anticipate those feature videos will become readily available?

It was not my intent to 'bump' this thread. I merely posted a question which still remains unanswered. Perhaps you are confusing me with another would be buyer, since
my basic question remained unanswered even within PM.

Why must I skype you or send in a support ticket in order to understand with clarity,
when exactly do you anticipate those feature videos will become readily available?

I'm trying to plan and it's difficult for me to plan without this info. If you don't know,
then that's fine, but my question remains unanswered.

@cyberjunkie - As mentioned, there is no definitive date for the videos to be completed. Right now were are focusing on building and expanding more features for our clients. Once that is complete or close to complete we will begin the process of making videos. (Doesn't make sense to make 100's of videos for them all to have to be redone again) Remember we have a very helpful wiki (click the help button in the software) and built in wizard(s) that will get you through the setup and learning process of the software. I think you just need to dive in our at least attempt to get your feet wet. If you run into issues or have any trouble feel free to contact me on skype, pm, or via our ticket system. Not sure why its so difficult to contact me on skype. I'm a pretty friendly and helpful guy.

Are you aware of anyone who is using your software
in the capacity of an experienced FB marketing
service provider?

Above is the second question that I asked you via PM
which I don't have an answer to, unless your answer
is for me to skype you.

To be clear I don't normally use skype. I'm also a pretty friendly
and helpful guy, but I don't see the need to over complicate
clear answers to simple pre order questions.

You will need a windows OS however we have discussed supporting mac in the future depending on the market. The best thing you should do is use something like boot camp or a similar service/software that will let you dual boot your mac and run a windows OS on it to operate our software. Hope that answers your question.

Important Update -

Our VPS provider moved our server to a different location, that is supposed to stabilize network performance.

If you are having issues updating/operating the software, please download the software from the new server and install it:

http://5.135.127.233/deploy/fbdm/setup.exe

Before installing, please make sure that you do not have the software running already. You do not need to un-install previous version. All your data and settings will remain intact. When starting the software, hold "Shift" button and select version 1.0.60.0 from the list.

I am not having much luck with the demo. I have proxies what else do i need before i start ? i am now also having problems logging in. I am losing time fast, i think this software will be perfect for my businesses marketing but the trial does not allow a newbie like me time to get to grips with it.
