ON A GENERAL NOTE :

We are currently for the first time since this thread has been opened behind the schedule for the deliveries, giving the current ordering queue. The current delay is 3 hours on the top of the guaranteed delay.

I believe we have spoken on Livechat, yesterday night, if my memory doesn't play tricks on me. In case we haven't, SEO tools doesn't come preinstalled but our VPS are meant to be used with the SEO tools.
