If you are looking at the EU hosting, then the French location is the one using the latest hardware with SSD NVMes, in Nerderlands, we are using a RAID 10 Hardware which remains quite fast.

@7ZEUS7 Yes it should be indeed possible. The trick with the soldier level is that you need to manage threads properly for it to operate properly.
However, since you can upgrade as you go the Soldier is a great entry level to assess what you would really need.
If you need us to check out your resources usage while it is running, we would gladly advice you but when you lack of resources it is rather obvious.
