Worldwide users without a company name.

If one of those 2 rules is meet then the VAT would be waived for you.

I did and got a mail the VPS was reinstalled. But now I still cannot access the VPS, I can't even go onto your website. I would very much appreciate having the days I lost due to this attack added again thus making payment further in the next month.

I'm awaiting for your email address or your VPS IP in private so I can identify your VPS. The issue you had came from the windows updates which weren't performed. We did inform our users about the potential issue a month ago. We will make it up to you by adding a few more days to your billing period but please bare in mind, that we did everything we could to keep our users informed of the situation. You would just need to send me a private message so I can proceed to the reinstallation of your VPS for you .

And I updated the VPS just like requested but the VPS still got attacked. I will send you the mail adress now.
