Hi Robert,
Most of the designs are custom themes as we prefer working on our own codes. It gives us the control. All themes are coded from scratch with wordpress standards. You can update the theme as well as install other plugins like any ohter premium wordpress theme.

My Honest Review
Communications: 7/10 - no major complaints here, Muhammed is available fairly regularly. I would say however, when there is a problem he tends to respond slower, but in terms of payment, he is very quick.
Business management: 2/10 - This is where the complaints begin, Muhammed doesn't analyse regular business risks and how to manage them correctly. I specifically asked him whether the wp theme can be stacked on top of Avada, and he said "My team know Avada like the back of their hand" - once the project began, he started saying there were updates etc. Avada hasn't had a major update for a while, so he obviously wasn't evaluating the updates regularly. It took WEEKS for him to give me somewhat of a finished result - I still had to do a lot of the edits myself. He initially started off by saying the whole design /development would be done within a day, I then pressured him for a more realistic date, he said 3 days. It actually took more like 3 WEEKS, and it still wasn't as good as I wanted it to be.
Development expertise: 1/10 - it was a CONSTANT back and forth of "no Muhammed, this isn't like the mockup, look there is a huge mistake" - there were alignment issues, text issues, colour issues, at one point he tried to tell me a non-responsive version was a finished result. I have had to spend a week fixing a lot of the issues myself, because their team was just too slow. Absolutely appalling.
Designer: 6/10 - their designer has skill, but is held back by the incompetence of the rest of the team I feel.
Price: 0/10 - He's one of the expensive on BHW, and still was shit. Overpriced for the delivery, read the above.
Customer service: 2/10 - Instead of offering me a discount on this particular project, Muhammed was pressuring me for the next project - why would I give him the next project if he screwed up this one? He didn't offer a single cent discount, and expected me to give him more work. Are you serious?
Overall: 3/10 - The only reason I'm giving him a 3 is because of his designer's skills, everything else was dreadful. I lost weeks worth of potential clients because the site was being live-end developed for some reason. I forgot to say anything, and Muhammed didn't bother saying anything even though their team was the development team. Bottom line - based on my experience, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone. I wasted a lot of time back and forth with Muhammed, his developer was just so bad, how can you fuck up alignment issues when you have the mockup design? Buttons were out of place, the colours were screwed up, they've messed up the font, they couldn't add the original icons according to the mockup. What annoyed me the most and threw me over the edge is he tried to get more business from me, without an apology, without a discount on the current project. This is NOT how you conduct good business Muhammed.
I'm guessing you're going to pull up that I delayed your final 50% payment after you had finished- go ahead, but for what it's worth, I shouldn't have paid the last remaining amount, considering you said 3 days and it turned into more than 3 weeks, and I had to spend 90% of my time telling you "no muhammed, that's not right, it doesn't match the mockup YOUR OWN designer made". Learn to evaluate business risks before taking on a project. Your team should know about regular updates on base-themes as big as Avada, and know how to adjust to them.

Hi Mookesh, thank you for leaving us a detailed review. We apologize for the problems you faced however, the designs were top notch and not overpriced. Insisting on discount after agreeing a price is also not a good way of doing business.

Don't try and twist this on me Muhammed, I only asked for a discount AFTER you insisted for the next project. Why didn't you bother apologising through skype? Don't paint me in a bad light on here, I only asked for a discount AFTER you insisted for the next project, without so much of a courtesy apology or a courtesy discount on the current project. You cost me a LOT of time. Must avoid people!

You should've simply said to me "We did Avada before, but we don't know about the latest updates, so the development time may be a few weeks" - you didn't say this to me, instead you insisted on 3 days (in fact it was 2, but at that point I said ok it'll probably be 3 working days). It actually turned out to be more like 3+ weeks. I've never seen such poor development.
