Are a new batch of followers given every month?

As in 5,000 new followers every month or is it 5,000 at the start and to keep them retweeting and favouriting it's 99$?

I wish there was a super low volume option for this. I only have a single twitter account that I'd like to promote and your services seem great. The lowest option is just way more retweets than I need at the moment. A scalable solution would be awesome.

Would also love a smaller tier. Not because it might cost less, but as mentioned before, 5K followers / month might not look to natural for a brand new website in a smaller niche. Or an option to purchase the biggest monthly package, but splitted to a bunch of accounts! That would be something I would buy for sure
