Yeah, exactly. No source code, just the .apk file, but later i can do smaller updates for free as i keep the app in the system.
Yep, similar, as you can get links from android markets, not to mention the traffic. Either it can be used for backlinks or simply spreading aff links.

You can choose what do you want in it, 3-4-6-8 or any amount you wish. It will be fully customized with app icon, background, icons for each menu (which are the pages)

Not a problem, basically when you open the app you will be presented a page which will have X amount of icons, and they can have the features opened. For example the blog / video list / landing page / iframed mobile email submit / landing page with email opt in etc.


Here is a few screenshot from Bluestacks, just a really basic, a little spammy apps though:
