Alright, here is my review of Andres' service.

Within his promised TAT, he gave me the main keyword + 15 longtails as well as all the other features that come with the package I ordered (available EMD etc.). However, at that point I wasn't happy because I found the main keyword a tad bit too competitive and the longtails were very closely related to the main keyword so google might consider some of them as the same type of search. Part of this was my fault as I didn't specify more precisely on my original order of what I was looking for exactly.

Anyway, I asked if he could do a replacement and he did without questioning. That was on a Friday, so he worked over the weekend to send me my replacement today - and he hit the nail on the head!

The longtails were much more diverse and the main keyword has 1900 MS with what could be considered as one of the easiest first pages I've seen so far in terms of competition. And this is not some weird mistyped phrase, it's a nicely monetizable "how to" kind of keyword! I'm seriously impressed. Not only did Andres deliver exactly what I wanted, he also went out of his way to communicate in detail and even answer a few questions of mine unrelated to the order itself. This guy is someone who truly cares about his clients and is interested in them making money because he knows they'll come back for more. I surely will. We need more vendors like Andres in the BST section.
