Hello, the keywords are broad enough so that you can target several items of the same product. For example, a KW such as "best laptops for students" or "laptops reviews" would allow you to branch out to several different items sold in Amazon, i.e: laptops of different brands, prices, uses, etc.

Estimated TAT is 2-5 business days right now, depending on pending orders already in queue as well as the size of the order you'd like to place.
