Yes, it can be done but the price depends on how broad the niche you would like the keyword to be about is. If it is broad and reasonable (not something like weight loss or insurance, etc), the standard price still applies.

Ok.. just one more question. I didn't do any MNS so I need to know how much would it cost to get on #1.
How many links average does it take to rank in top 5 for your lets say 1000+ keywords with "relatively easy" competition. Would 10-20 web 2.0 supported with lets say 500 bookmarks on tier2 be OK?
