Competition is low enough that you can rank them either with no budget (you could manually build the links needed to rank if you choose so) or a low budget, if you want to outsource at least a few parts of the process, which is recommended of course if possible.

Or is it better to separate them into 5 domains targeting 1 main keyword each? Also, are the 25 secondary long tail all related to the 5 keywords? Can it be like 1 keyword with 5 longtail, so 5 related macro niche with 5 long tail keyword each?

Regarding your questions: yes, the Authority package is designed in such a way that you can (and should) use all the keywords in one domain/site. The secondary keywords are indeed related to the primary keywords; and usually they can all easily relate to more than one main keyword. If you want, though, the secondary keywords can be divided so that each respective main keyword is tied up to 5 secondary keywords that are the most relevant to it. Just remember to mention that if you decide to place an order.

Hi, I consider the basline price of one of my packges ($8) low enough so I don't provide anything cheaper than that for now unless it is a premade package which can be as low as $5.
