Yes you can use nested spintax. Sorry you will need to provide the description. Majority of the sites included in the high PR package is not included on the 150,300 and 600 package. These are not your high PR pligg sites.

Is the 30 high PR package safe to use on the first tier? Directly to my money site? If so, I will order a few

Only 3 to 4 sites in the 30 manual bookmarks are in the 600 package. You need manual submission for the 30 high PR sites.
