I was in a hurry because our usual designer went AWOL. I got hold of SYAWEDIS on skype and explained the situation.

Even though he was going on holiday the next day, he managed to turn the project around in 7 hours!

Now, I'm not saying you should expect him to be that quick all the time. My point is that he was very responsive to his customer's needs and was "up front" and transparent about everything.

The first mock was exactly what I was looking for, and the finished product was so good I felt compelled to leave him a 20% bonus.
