The service is faultless. Got on with the job straight away and reported back dead on time.
As for results we'll have to wait and see. So far i've seen the following over a couple of months, and these are pretty competitive search terms.

Keyword 1 - pos 43 --> pos 101 --> pos 12
Keyword 2 - not listed --> not listed --> pos 21
Keyword 3 - not listed --> not listed --> not listed

Will be trying the $600 package too.
