This is a good example of a bad seller. Lack of communication and honesty resulted in a bad experience. If you can't deliver, let me know, don't pull my leg for a month and then just cancel my order randomly.
They didn't even have the courtesy to email me and let me know what's going on.

A note to our customers about the real story: The site has been completed and is live. All articles were coming out on time, never delayed. SEO has been started. Not to mention that we accommodated this client's special requests, babied and spoonfed him via skype for days on end, even took the time to address somewhat very obvious questions not related to our service at all. We were always there to communicate and talk about the order. We feel that a "good" seller would do what we did: refund a client that expresses disappointment and isn't cooperative.

Not much too add to what Bloodhat just posted. When it's evident that we can't work with a client due to disagreements on expected outcomes we just refund the money fully, even though we are on the losing side here, as we have already put days of work both in the site and in customer communication and support.
That said, we consider the issue closed and we are open for more orders!

A note to prospective customers: Please be advised Andres1986 and Bloodhat are liars and do not deliver work that has been paid for. They will hold your money for a month, lie about it and then cancel your order.
I placed an order on 10/08/2012 with a TAT of 10-15 days, which means it should have been completed between 10/18-10/23. There were many times I asked questions and gave them the chance to be upfront, but they continued to tell me "everything is fine" and "it takes time". They said it was taking extra time because they wanted to post the articles one by one, instead of scheduling them. I let them do whatever they wanted. There was no spoon feeding. Anyway I gave them the extra time, I even ignored the fact that they disappeared off Skype for a solid week (previously had been signed in every single day). That's when I started getting suspicious everything wasn't right, so I posted here and, as you can see above, Andres claimed that they're "still working on it":
These people obviously have no idea what they're doing. I understand it's a new service and that's why I cut them extra slack, gave them extra time to deliver my order, etc. and this is what I get.
Andres, you and I know you're full of it. There weren't any disagreements. Both of you disappeared, didn't give me ANY type of update on the status or progress and then cancel my order because your bitter. Sorry you're a bad seller, that's all there is to it! Don't make up lies and post them here because I'll post the entire chat transcript so everyone can decide for themselves who is being dishonest...
So, to any one thinking about trying this service...DON'T! Save your money and don't waste your time!

(Alternatively, you could give out your cPanel details and they'll do all the work for you). They were really quick to follow up with any issues or questions I had about the service. Told me exactly what size Ads to create and offered suggestions on the colors so that they properly integrate with the site. Once everything was set, they even took the time to go over the plugins and theme options with me and show me how to properly manage the site and change some features if I ever needed to.
Turn around time: TAT is as advertised and fantastic. I got my keyword right away after I ordered, set up the site a day or two later and they had their offsite SEO done a few days after that. The entire process took just over a week AND my site is already indexed by Google. You can't ask for any better than that. Most MNS services I see offer a 2-3 week turn around.
All in all... this is a fantastic service and I'd recommend it anyone that wants to venture in the Spanish MNS market. From keyword research, design and service, everything was excellent. (10/10)
