Had a very tiny problem and a question so i emailed support, not even a min later i get a reply

I just want to say these guys offer great service and support, but I am still very frustrated!
On their website it states that "the Unlimited Startup Plan stands solid with automated scripts and unlimited bandwidth & storage."
To me that means unlimited storage. But when it comes to it, they only offer 5gb. I really don't like websites that tell nonsense information. Anyways, my money has been refunded so they seem reputable, but don't waste your time if you have more than 5gb and don't believe their promises of unlimited storage or you will waste your time like I did only to discover that after signing up they want you to upgrade to a VPS if you have more than 5gb.
To Sum Up: Great provider but overpromises on their website. What a pity. UGjunk does offer great customer service so this is a big plus and it's a pity I had to write a slightly tainted review as I was initially impressed.

I am glad it's working out great for you.
We do offer unlimited bandwidth and storage but that doesn't mean that you can store all your PC storage. The Unlimited Storage is termed as, you are using those storage to use store contents and stuffs related to your website.
We have clearly mentioned that in the TOS, if you need further help or explanation then you can always PM ME whenever you want.

We do allow music download site as long as those music aren't copyrighted or if you own the copyright for all the music you are adding on the website.

I just wrote the poweruphosting folks an email. So if you are them, please don't waste time answering twice. I'll get the message either way. Here is probably better so others in my situation can see it and you won't have to answer the same question multiple times.
I have 5 domains. None of these domains even receives 1000 visitors per day. But lets say 3500 total for all sites. I keep getting my account suspended at Namecheap.com hosting for excessive resource usage.
Obviously I need to grow, I frequently make 0 dollars per day with this kind of traffic. It is pathetic. Anyway, I upload articles that I write or I buy and spin PLR, but I also use WP Robot. I space my cron jobs out in cpanel so that only one runs per hour. It doesn't happen every hour because I don't want more than 3 posts from WPR in one day to any site. ( so 5 x 3 = 15 posts)
Can you provide me services that won't keep getting suspended?
Can you also help me migrate the sites. I don't know how, but if needed I can just re-up my own posts and start WP Robot over again.
Last question. Is the amount of usage I described considered excessive or is it just considered excessive by Namecheap.com hosting.
Final, last question. Will moving servers mess up any of my backlink building or will it not affect it if I build to the same URLs I have been building too. I have been building links with UD and GHA...SER to the index page and to the category pages of each blog?

I ain't sure how much resource you are consuming on Namecheap but I am sure it's definitely related to the Wordpress plugins since you are getting around 1000-3500 traffic per day.
We normally don't suspend anything right away, we do email customer 2-3 times to make sure everything is perfect and under control so you won't see that banning stuffs with us.
Yes, we can definitely help you migrate your entire account to our host.
I won't comment on your last question since I ain't aware of Namecheap TOS.
No, moving the servers won't mess up your backlinks, just make sure you keep the same permalink structures and everything will be good enough.

I think all I need to do is update my nameservers and sign up for an account with you. Should I use the
BHW2012? Or is it better to just transfer domain names to Host The Name? Should I just wait until it is time to renew and then transfer?

I don't know what that other person means about the node. That is someone else, but I know what to do now and am beginning the process.
