I signed up yesterday, and so far all i can say; this is the best customer support I've ever experienced with hosting companies, and i've been with countless companies since 2004.
These guys transferred all my sites to their servers with continuous status updates and very quick response every time i send an email.
This is my initial review i'll be back in a week for a detailed review.

Hey,

I asked the legal department about this and basically the reply is as long as there isn't a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) case filed against the website in question you should be ok. Remember that users can upload things they don't own as well, and you don't want to be responsible for distributing something which is copyrighted material.

Having said that, if you're thinking of running and downloading/uploading website you should consider signing up for our Linux VPS rather than shared hosting. Reason is, many of these scripts require special modules to be installed or administrative priviledges, which you can only get if you have your own server, that's where the VPS is useful. We can help you customize your VPS to the needs of your script as long as you have a list of the requirements.
