Unfortunately we don't allow Adult hosting, regarding the promotional rates they are still up but we dunno when we might take it off.

Yes, you are right. A total of 10 domains would be allowed for the startup plan.

I am looking for shared hosting that only has php5.2 and is not going to upgrade to php5.3. We can't upgrade site and current hosting is only offering php5.3 now.

--> Regarding Zend Optimisor, you can add those yourself.
--> SSH is only accessible if you purchase a VPS.
--> You can install 3 MySQL instances.
--> Upto you on this point
--> The space is fine as well.

Based on your requirement, I would suggest you to go with either our Level 3 or Level 4 VPS. It meets your requirements perfectly.
