hmmm .... am i the only one having problems ? are ubot 4 and 5 conflicting on the same machine ? i tried to compile one of the old bots with u5 and the resulting exe dies when i start job.
i coded like half an hour for an account creator and when i try to run a node manually it crashed along with my work (should have hit the save button before).
AND ... the last painful thing ... my pc became slow as hell ... couldn`t run a bot with 30 threads (ubot 4 generated ofc) ... that i was running with 100 theads before and the cpu still have time for coffee.
(I7 3rd gen / 32 GB ram system / Sandisk SSD) without slowing everything down 100 times ... like waiting 5 minutes for task manager to appear.
So i had to reinstall W7x64 (i consider reinstalling a crime i keep windows years in a row only reinstall when i chage hardware).
This problem appeared after i installed ubot 5 and its support files.

Sticking with ubot 4 atm cause 5 gives me a headache.
Any other experiences, first impressions ?

PS: How can we benefit from sockets? Please make a tutorial.

There is a problem with a third-party plugin that some people are experiencing. This sounds like that issue. We're adding support for it now. Please PM me for more information.

I can't pm yet all i can say is that i wasn't using any custom plugins.I just discovered them today and already thinking of purchasing one of the best ones (for my needs)
And another thing : for those of you who install ubot 5 on fresh win7 x64 , you need vc redist++ 2010, or ubot won't run properly
and, of course .net 4 , 4+.

Atm Ubot 4 looks like a polished stable app, while ubot5 looks like a beta ... in my opinion.

ubot5 only came out of closed group beta last week. I would use ubot4(its solid) but still play with u5 it should be ok in a few weeks.

I've had uBot studio hanging around in my old comp for awhile now and it's unused since second half of 2012 so I decided to email their guys to get the logins so I can install this on my new comp. I hope they can get to it quick since I want to try this baby out since I have a good amount of free time.

My questions are :

1. How much would the update to the latest version cost me?

2. I've asked for the download link since I already have the login info on my emails... what version will I get?

3. I already have standard... how much do I have to pay to upgrade to Professional?

4. Can I attach the discount/promotion for a discounted price?

If you want to create commercial bots you need the Dev license otherwise you will have references to Ubot on your bot.

Im looking for a bot that can post to random groups from my groups list on Facebook, For example, click groups then scroll down and click on the group that is listed last (The one that was used the most time ago) log out and login with account 2, do the same then login with account 3 etc etc, if that makes sense.
Does this bot accomplish that?

Scoobeigh this is not a bot. This is a tool that you use to create bots for automating pretty much anything on the web. So to answer your question more correctly, you can USE uBot to create a bot that can do everything you described but uBot itself is just the tool used to create the type of bots you describe.

Such a godly tool, has saved me so much freaking time and I've only made one bot so far, which was pretty fun to do actually. Felt really good when I finished, and felt even better to finally use it.

About to finish my first bot (only have used it this week despite buying the Standard 2 years ago, lol lazy me) and I'm really excited.I just bought the subscription for the updates since I am an update away from a feature that would finish the bot.

I'm confused though, I thought the updates would get me to uBot v5? Apparently, it's a closed BETA?
