So another 2 month wait, so thats a grand total of 6 months from your original 'hey there is something cool coming SOON', and thats if it hits home on time. Guess that gives you a couple more months to get a few more customers in and a fistfull of dollars coming your way.
FTP commands have been available for a long time thanks to Aymens plugin, something he put together due to the distinct lack of any updates from Ubot Studio even after YOU started a thread asking what we wanted to see in the software many months ago. Thanks to no action on your part it was up to the developers on the forum to produce some plugins to cover the gaping holes that you hadn't filled despite multiple requests from many people. In fact, in one case you actually removed a function because you couldn't fix it!
I don't expect an answer but I thought I would post here as you and your team seem to enjoy removing any negative posts from the Ubot forums (as well as removing the forum links from your pages to save indexing the bad vibes going on before that!)

If they don't get back to you in twelve hours (they should, sending an email to support opens a support ticket automatically), then go ahead and visit support.ubotstudio.com and open a ticket.

so its been now a few months since Seth said that a discount will be happening 'Soon' and still no word!
Yeah, and if you tell a customer who walks into your car dealership, that a sale is happening 'Soon' do you think they expect the sale to be within the foreseeable future, like within a few days, perhaps a week? Yes, Do they think after hearing soon, that you mean going on now, over 2 MONTHS!?
except over 2 months of waiting for the sale that was to happen 'soon'. I don't know what part of the world your from, but from where I'm from, Soon most certainly always means within a few days or perhaps a few weeks, tops!, not month after month after month, STRINGING ALONG YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. this is business 101, if your going to say something, then stand by your words. Dont ignore the concerns and queries of your customers, especially if you're the one that originally insinuated one thing, and then didnt back it up!
