Ok I finally got some time for a small review :)

i ordered from rakoom some time ago. it was when he had some issues with his computer/software, so i had to wait a little.
this was no problem for me since i was in no hurry at all :)
he also posted about the issues in this thread and pm'd me to make sure I noticed - perfect! :)

now about the design:
I changed my mind a few times PLUS my whole design was in german :)
I provided the text and told him what it means, so he'd get an idea etc etc.

I basiclly did let him come up with all the ideas, since im very uncreative ;P And he provided some excellent ideas.
I had to refuse some stuff he made, simply because it was just too big. he fixed it in a second, no problem! :D

what he in the end gave me was AWESOME! :D
whats also nice is the included .psd files. He did make some typos (Cmon.. its german!) which I fixed and that was it. No other issues at all :)

I'd buy from rakoom anytime again. he is an excellent designer and VERY professional.
 
do you do site/landing page design? if so please PM me some prices, your stuff looks great! I need a thread design as well!

Forgot to leave a few words here on my second design, got the design for project contextual 2.0 from rakoom start of last week, this is my second one from him and its top quality as usual! Cheers man :)

Important Notice:I wanted to just take a second to stress the importance of patience when ordering. I quote a timeframe as a general guideline and try to keep to this timeline as best as possible. It seems like more and more people are in bigger hurries and are pressuring me to speed things up and bend my quoted TAT. Quality work takes time. If you are trying to rush a design you will get a rushed product which will result in both parties being unhappy. It's fairly difficult for me to gauge a super accurate turn around time as it really changes day to day based on work load. As I mentioned before I try very hard to stick to the original quoted turn around time but please be patient, sometimes things don't always go as planned and may take an additional day or two. With that said, I really appreciate all of my customers and the business you have given me and even more so when you are patient and understanding. If you are looking for quality work within a "reasonable" turn around time, this is the place. If youre looking for someone to rush a design with a couple day turn around im afraid this isn't the right service for you. Thank you very much again for all of your business.

I just got my site that I ordered, and the design is great! He was happy to go back and change some small things I needed, but there were very few. I will be back to order again!

Info: I noticed that people seem to be in quite a bit of a hurry to get their threads back recently so wanted to give a tip. Its best to order EARLY in the week (Monday). I normally start at the beginning of the week with a 5 day Turn Around Time and then for every order after that I usually add another day on to the turn around time. Average turn around time varies from 5-9 days. Also, I don't work on Sundays so Sunday is exempt from the tat. If you have a question about the current turn around time feel free to post here or pm me. Thanks guys.
