What does this mean? "Private accounts will get your links stick longer" Does it mean that these links will be deleted after a period of time?

Will this his help rank for all articles on the domain? Or is it better to give URL of certain article URL to help rank only one article?

If we submit many urls using one account, the chance of getting deleted is high, since most good social sites are moderated.

I'd recommend to use private account for every url submission.
