Good question.

When the 301 redirects are initiated, the 301 code is put at the top of each post. The post content is still there. Technically the bots can still read the content, but it falls out of the index after a while.

The beauty here is that the Spun (low-quality) content gets your page ranked for the long-tail keywords. Then after the post redirects, your REAL post takes it place and the low-quality post falls out of the index like it never happened.

SHHHhhh it's our little secret! :D

Well it defaults to uncatogorized so I just put all my other blog posts in another category so that solved my problem.

I am new to redirects. After the posts get hit with the redirect do they still get crawled? I am just wondering if the quality of the articles can comprise the websites rankings.

Hi,
I want to order this product but I just don't have the option to do so.
Paypal requests a credit card and unfortunately I have none. It's also not very common to have a such in my country.
Could you offer me another way to pay for your product? .-)

Greetings,

Hi Whrey,

I would be glad to work something out with you. What methods of payment do you have available?

First of all,
thank you for your fast response.
You do not have by chance the payment via clickandbuy available?
Else, I would just need the option to use direct debit/lastschriftverfahren/ec card (a lot of names for the same thing .-) ) on paypal. I never sold anything on paypal and I am not sure wether these options can be allowed or not from the seller. Would like to hear wether this is possible. Other suggestions welcome as well. I am very curious about your plugin.

I am not familiar with clickandbuy. But I am checking into connecting the Authorize.net account with our processing system. That will allow pre-paid credit cards or debit cards, if that is an available option to you.

Just picked this up. The setup process was easy and the auto-post function was great. I did have a problem with the articles though. None of them were on topic. My site is on a medical topic and it was posting about legal stuff. Not even close. It'd be great if you could expand the article selection. Perhaps grab the EZA RSS feeds and add their new articles into your DB?

It might also be handy to build in an "indexed" checker. It could pull all of the links it's made and run then through an index checker and remove and 301 the ones that are indexed while sending a ping to the non-indexed ones. You could set it up to run every x days.

Anyway, I'm trying it on one site that I've been ignoring for about a year. It only gets about 5-10 visitors a day and I'm not doing anything else to it so it should be a good test of the plugin. If it works I'll be rolling it out to all of my sites as the concept behind it is great! Paired with my auto-backlinking plugins and I can imagine getting awesome results. Thanks!

ETA:

I do have a few questions:1 -

Will an article be created each time a search term is used or only once? For example, if I get 8 visitors a day who came in searching for "blue widgets" will 8 new blue widgets articles be created each day or just 1? Also, will a new "blue widgets" article be created each day or once an article is created for a keyword, that keyword is done?

If it's one and done, is there a way to purge the keyword list so it starts creating articles for keywords again? Is there a way to blacklist certain keywords? For example, on one of my sites I get found for a phone number. I don't want to improve my rankings for this phone number as it is not MY phone number, has nothing to do with my site and, in fact, belongs to a dodgy competitor who spams and harasses people. I already get a bunch of hate mail from people threatening to sue if I don't stop calling them so I don't want to make this worse by promoting that search term more. Now, of course, this is an extreme example, but I can see instances where you might want to blacklist certain terms because they just have nothing to do with your site so it's wasted traffic/rankings.

Thanks!

Thanks for the order Mandom.
I will check into the medical article selection. If you would like, PM me a couple of the terms you used and I will check our database. We probably didn't have any exact matches for your specific term, so the system chose a random article.

In our testing of this beast, we got excellent results even BEFORE we added the topical-article system. So totally random articles really do work great for this, as the content is just filler to get the search engines to index the content.

We actually built a system to automatically check for indexation on each post and auto-301 the post as soon as it was indexed. We decided to simply make the system a time delay (3 day default) as checking for the indexation thousands of times per day could eventually cause an issue. Maybe we will build that as an option for a later update. We wanted to make the system as simple as possible, because a lot of people don't understand what the hell this thing does already LOL.

Answer to your question:
Yes one keyword will only create one article. I believe that you can delete the post and then it will create another article for that keyword. As it searches the posts for an exact-match keyword when a new keyword is requested.

No, we don't have any option to blacklist keywords currently. But here is what you can do... Just make an auto-post for the phone number keyword and redirect it to your competitor's site. WIN/WIN. (evil mad scientist laugh)

Let us know how it runs for you. I always love to hear our clients' success stories.

ok, but if I delete the post, won't that mess up the 301? Where is the 301 info stored? if I delete a post called /blue-widgets/ and then it creates a new /blue-widgets/ post the 301 would already exist right? Maybe add the option to add more than one article/keyword and it would just save as /blue-widgets-2/ like wordpress already does. This would help continue to raise rankings as you get more search volume for a term.

Re the index checker, maybe have it check before it deletes it on the auto-301 date and if it's not indexed, ping it and adjust the 301 date? It's not a huge deal, I'm just throwing out thoughts.

One big thing on my wishlist would be to have the incoming search term added as a tag on the blog post and the ability to have default tags that are automatically added. In a perfect world I'd be able to load up my keyword list and choose how many auto-tags I wanted (or, even better, a range i.e. auto-add 2-6 tags/post) and it'd randomly add that number from the list. In a non-perfect world I'd have to just choose my top x tags and they'd go on all posts. In the real world, I'll settle for no tags. :)

My reason for suggesting this is that there are many people who use auto-distribution plugins that utilize the tag field. By having it auto-add tags it'd make those plugins a lot more valuable for these posts.

Anyway, thanks for your response. Cheers!

Still the same problem. I just have my ec-card and I guess this one is not a supported debit card. Seems like I need to get some kind of credit card now :_/

BTW.: These sites get indexed but doesn't google reindex sites after a while automatically? If they do so would not the unique spun content appear but the page where the 301 redirects to. Most of these long tail keywords wouldn't even appear in this page and the rankings would fall again. Is that the case?

edit: nevermind.. u explained it above.

PS.: found a way to buy your service .-)

I did a little test with this, and I thought I would share here to give others some ideas of how to BANK with this monster...

I bought a new .net domain on the 16th. Put up Wordpress, set permalinks. Installed SEO Ultimate, sitemaps, and Keyword Explosion.

Then I scraped and 'auto-posted' about 500 longtail Keywords. All were set to redirect to the root after 3 days.

It have it set to display 25 posts on the front page.

The blog has ZERO "real" content. Note: Doing is like this is NOT advised for the best benefit and ranking..I just did this for testing.

I fed all of the links into Lindexed, and I ordered a Fiverr 10,000 link xrumer blast with anchor text to all of the inside pages.

Here is what the traffic looks like after 13 days...

This stuff is easy...

Can we specified the deleted post to redirect to certain category or certain posting?

I don't think I understand your question...

With the auto-post feature, you can specify where the posts are redirected to..

Can we specified the deleted post to redirect to certain category or certain posting?

Just Got A hold of this keyword explosion plugin and i am excited for it. You guys aren't really grasping how helpful this plugin is especially with the lastest google update. Really think about the use of this plugin. Will post my review soon

If my posts don't get indexed within 3 days and I've already set for 3 days before redirect, is this going to affect anything?

No I wouldn't worry about it. But it is best to try and get them indexed within the timeframe.
Just keep building links. If you don't see traffic you could delete the posts and do it again with a longer time frame. But I have used this on dozens of sites and have never had any issues getting the links indexed in 3 days.

Maybe try Lindexed and order some bookmarking blasts?

If my posts don't get indexed within 3 days and I've already set for 3 days before redirect, is this going to affect anything?

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, so just a few questions here.

1) Do you have tutorials or videos uploaded for new users?
2) When the plugin creates new spun posts which has the permalink ../blue-widgets/ and I want to add a unique article on top of the spun post, the permalink becomes /blue-widgets2/

Does it matter in terms of on-site SEO? I hope you understand where I'm getting here.

3) Should I create a new category to store all the redirects or is it fine to put them under "uncategorized"?

Thanks.

Got some observations and questions for you... None of these are made as slams - just what I've seen so far. I like the results some have pointed out, just doing some digging though...

You gave us Bloggers.net as a sample site and even included some search terms that it's ranked for. You've said since that point that it really doesn't matter if the articles are unrealated because they'll just 301 redirect in 3 days after being indexed. Well... let's look into that:

Searching for:

35 boggers craigslist
#2, 3 and 4 on Google's first page - but this is what's listed:
35 boggers craigslist | Boggers
Mar 31, 2011 ... 35 boggers craigslist The modern AutoCAD rendering gear make it easier than
ever before to add equipment and lighting and supplies to your ...

Mud Tires For Sale In Florida
#7, Google 1st page - BUT...
Mud Tires For Sale In Florida | Boggers
Apr 19, 2011 ... Mud tires for sale in florida Hence the times of year for the online taxes sales are
winter season spring and slide with a month or two in-between ...

I found the same illogical description for each of the search results. Sure, the articles are gone, but what remains in the description makes no sense at all. (and in 40,000 articles, it couldn't find one for TIRES?)

Ok... moving on...

People have asked whether this was basically safe for Adsense (by asking what G would think if they saw thousands of 301 redirects listed) and you referred to a site where you have thousands of them. Let me be more specific in my question. Do you think that a site with thousands of 301 redirects would survive a manual review? It's one thing to not throw up a flag for the automated tools, but what do you think they would do if they found a site with 10-15 pages of actual content and 5,000 301 redirects to it? and if you think that they're reaction wouldn't be good, how long do you think it would take them to detect and remove sites with massive 301 redirects (or worse yet, ban the accounts)?

Note: I am NOT saying that Google would - this is a serious question and I'm looking for your (and/or other's) opinions.
*Edit* The reason for the follow on question is that if a site became MUCH more popular over time and greatly increased it's revenue, it would also be much more likely to be reviewed manually, correct?

Some thoughts about functionality:

It was already asked whether the plugin could automatically place the auto-posts into a selected category. I would make a further suggestion that we could assign that by drop-down when we entered the 100 keyword seeds. That would allow us to create 5-10 categories, put specific articles in that category and then when we seeded long tails for that category, we could select them to be put in that category... and then move onto the next one. Also, when we selected that category, it would be great if we could also select what page we wanted it to redirect to when it 301d. (the category page would be the most relevant most likely).

As a side note to that, if a query from Google is detected that went to an internal page, we should be able to choose whether the created post should point to the homepage or to that internal page when it 301s. (Personally, I would select to point to the internal page because then it would be more relevant since that was the page that the original search was directed at).

Question: What happens if we decide to create our own post with the keyword that was previously auto-created and 301d. Is it obvious to us and can we easily find the 301 and remove it (to replace it with our own post)?

I'm sorry if some of these sound negative - that is not my intent. I am seriously thinking of getting the product, but do have some concerns and would love to see some future features if they make sense to you and/or others.

Thanks,
'OS'
