Since wiki links are mostly nofollow can you explain the benefit of tiered links

I have ordered the highest package with 6000 links, I left two URL's and around 15 keywords. OP provided me with around 7000 Wiki backlinks which included all the details for which I asked. The articles contained from 350 to 450 words, the URL and the KW were placed correctly, and the whole order had no duplicate domains. All were unique domains, together with some .edu and .gov domains, as stated in the first post.
Will this rank? As BassTrackerBots loves to say, don't be stupid and invest all your money in to one SEO service. In stead, diversify because that's the key to higher rankings. Because of that fact, I personally think that this service is a great addition to my current SEO plan, I currently combine it with other services like BigBuddies .edu blog posts, my own Web 2.0 blog posts and Deragos High PR Blog Commenting, and the results are great.
Although the second time when I order I will probably order one blast to my money site and another to my TIER 1 and 2 links.

Nofollow links provide an important part to your SEO plan. They still provide plenty of link juice, especially as the wiki platform is very respected by google. Apart from the fact they help your Tier1 links get indexed a lot better, they also pass lots of link juice to your Tier1 and in turn to your site. Having wikis as tiered links is better than just blasting 1000s of comments at them, because wikis are considered less "spammy" by google. Our methods of backlinking have proven to work very well in all of our test sites, and on our clients' sites as you can see from the reviews!
