The Report wasn't as promised.DrumBass promised 10k Live URLs but he gave about 21kof which about 1500 where PR>1
Also,the service had Good Turn-around Time.

*Review*... Just got my report and he way overdelivered and i got 2421 PR1-5 and the first i checked was PR5 so i'm very happy. I gave him some longtailed keywords that i have not touched yet so i'm hoping to see some good movement with his service. *Highly Recommended*

Was lucky enough to receive a review from the OP:
TAT was less than 2 days and a full report was given. OP over-delivered and even threw in a couple freebies (thanks OP).
The links themselves generally have a reasonable OBL, several of the ones I spotchecked even had <20 OBL. Some foreign language but mostly everything was english and was one of the big 3 TLD's.
Overall very satisfied, obviously too early to determine the effect it will have on ranking, but the links were definitely delivered as described and over-delivered. A+ from me.

Just received the report of my review copy, and I have to say I'm really impressed, OP created 23k regular blog comments, and an additional 1700 that have PR1 to PR5. (The original offer was for 10k comments without PR) I checked a bunch of the links, and most of them were alive, turnaround time is also really great, so I highly recommend this service if you're looking for blog comments. It's perfect for powering up your Tier 1 or 2 Web 2.0 properties or Wiki links with some extra link juice, and the higher PR packets are also great for your money site to increase link diversity, just remember to use lots of anchor text variations, and target your inner pages as well. Will definitely order more!

Within 24 hours I received email of about backlinks almost double than what I was expected plus amazing bonus of 1600 PR1+ backlinks. This will definitely increase my site's serp. So don't wait anymore just grab the opportunity at very very reasonable rate compare to the outcome.

For a new site I would recommend using High PR blog comments.
Bigger blog commenting blasts are normally used to get your tier 1 backlinks indexed or if they are used directly to your money site then it has to be just one component of a bigger backlinking campaign.
