Keyword - Provided shortly after payment: CPC $1.00 and over 8k exact searches monthly
Website - Delivered 2 days ahead of schedule :) Onpage SEO looks great, content is readable and unique as well.
Links - So far I got report for Tier 1 Web2.0s as well as Social Bookmarks. I manually checked some of the links and they look good and I was provided more links than advertised.
Currently I'm waiting for the Tier 2 links to be done as well as the 20k SB blasts (seller specified that I will get this in a few days for more natural backlinks for search engines).

I tried Grenade for start and I must say that I'm very satisfied with the service.
There was some problem with my first articles, but after spending some time with rzaman on Skype, he decided to change his article writer team and I must say that the new team rocks Solid, unique articles.
The site looks good and he also gives you 4-5 other high click through themes, so you can change the look of your site to satisfy your needs.
SEO vise, also good job. It was BRAND new site and its already on page 4 on Google.
