Is it necessary for you to use VPN while you are already using proxies? I am not sure why you getting error while using VPN as the IP address is static. Is it possible to provide me with your IP address of the VPN so that I can bind it directly with our Proxy Server and we will observe it further.

One more thing, I started a subscription for 10 proxies monthly on January 29th.. I actually need a subscription for 20 proxies monthly instead. Is there an easy way we can modify this, without having to add a separate order of 10? Like, cancel the subscription for 10, and prorate the balance into a new 20 proxy subscription? Thanks.

I had thought they used static IPs.. I could be wrong though.

As there are many IP addresses within your VPN connection, this is the only reason sometimes your proxies don't work. I would suggest you to stop using VPN while using our proxies OR get a VPN which has a dedicated/static IP address.

i wanted to ask you that if i purchase your proxies than will your IP seem to be coming from some site or not?
because i used some other proxies and all of them got me banned on gifhulk because they were coming from some site so they knew that i am using proxies!
also if your proxies are coming from some datacenter than will this problem be resolved if i buy proxy server?
