The proxies stays same throughout the cycle. The proxies don't change ever.
The proxies are from a single subnet/city. If you need different subnets/cities it falls under a custom plan.

Sorry they don't. There can be 2 possibilities why our proxies don't work at Gifthulk as it says "We're sorry, we are not yet accepting members from your country"
1) They have installed a proxy detecting script.
2) They might have blocked our entire proxy subnets due to abuses in the past.
3) I am not sure why...

Are there any restrictions for using Sockx5 proxies while a VPN is running on my machine?  I've used your Socks proxies while also using Private Internet Access VPN at the same time, and have had mixed results..  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  When it doesn't work, I am unable to get any kind of connection.  I do the exact same login authorization process every time...  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  Thanks.

Is your VPN's IP address is static?
