You told me that it couldn't be done so I instantly said do it normally the day after I ordered so I honestly don't see how that got delayed 11 days. Anyways I received the refund from you.

On another note, I put in a help ticket a while back because I haven't received a report from one of my existing subs. It was closed after I sent you a PM so I'm guessing you resent it but it still never arrived. It's not in trash/spam and your system doesn't seem to have an issue sending me any other mails, it's just that one report. Do you want me to give you a different email address to try to send it to or something?

I sent a ticket the other day, which was replied to, and I was told I would have a report within 48 hours. It's now been 3 more working days almost and still haven't heard anything. Could I have an update please?

Hi - I'm pretty sure your report was sent out Saturday night, Ill confirm in a couple of hours or so

I signed up for 1 package #2 at the 15% discount. I didn't see anyway to "choose more than". I tried to place a second order, but got "coupon usage exceeded". I would have liked to order more at the discount.

All orders are up to date unless its a dripped request, please raise a help-desk with the 10 digit order number which you get with your email

Last 4 digits of my invoice number are 1135 :)

Also just got my email with the report, however the file is .dat & I cannot open it (I use a mac)...any suggestions?

Received my Overdelivred report yesterday for a 20 days old website that was dancing and nowhere to be found on the serps (it was previously at #3). Just checked my rankings this morning and ... Check the picture:

Last week i started a thread asking for a way to shorten the google dance time but i got no useful answers but now i know the answer and what to do :)
