Proxy issue -
It seems they are catching up fast and this is a problem for this software.
1/ It used to work with the current proxies supplied with the software. This worked amazingly - the software would automatically find and replace a proxy for your account and you would keep running - This no longer works with this software.
The software now automatically includes imports for socks proxies, which do not work with the software, so it will assign your accounts proxies that do not work. Hence after a period of time none of your accounts will work. This is because the software throws up more SOCKS than HTTP, so your dead accounts will be replaced with another dead proxy.
2/ When reporting this problem the team stated that I now need to make a further investment as this will mean consistent operation. So I purchase a proxy service from provider A.
Provider A was consistently loosing proxies, in that, they were getting banned or no longer worked when they did at first.
Provider A then replaced my proxies a few times but then no longer wanted to do business with me as he was "going through too many proxies with twitter"
I purchased proxies from Provider B.
Same thing happened.
I am now on Provider C ( and finding proxies that work are hard ) and now Provider C proxies are no longer working.

Questions -
1/ Why if you are not breaking the rules are proxies being banned by the administrator
2/ Why are Socks proxies still coming into the software when its clear they do not work and its a simple fix to filter those out.
3/ What is the point of purchasing proxies if they will all get banned and the providers will not want to replace them too often.
4/ Are T getting wiser and banning proxies faster than before
5/ Can someone PM me if they BUY proxies and they are NOT having problems?
6/ Is this now requiring an overhaul to fix or am I missing something fundemental?
I am a bit frustrated now as this tool is the best on this forum or was. And the customer service is the best on any company in SEO. This is a big challenge...
What are your work rounds?
PS - My current provider is selling me public proxies and I am the ONLY person using them for TWit3r
I have also used private which also get banned.
Hello DebbieSprules,
Thanks for your detail quesions and sorry for my late response.
Let me answer your questions one by one as follows:
Q 1: Why if you are not breaking the rules are proxies being banned by the administrator
A 1: Our software is based on IE, so it will be same happen if you run your accounts manually with IE browser. So your actions are very important, I sugget you go to "twitter" section on BHW to find some related information or contact our 24*7 support team to get some useful tips.
Q2: Why are Socks proxies still coming into the software when its clear they do not work and its a simple fix to filter those out.
A2: If you used the button "Reuse Proxies" when assigning proxies for accounts, the accounts will be assigned the primary proxies which saved in "Manage Proxies" dialog.
Q3: What is the point of purchasing proxies if they will all get banned and the providers will not want to replace them too often.
A3: It's important to check first if the proxies can work for twitter. Use several new proxies to create twitter accounts by manually to check first, this can reduce the probability of replacement.
Q4: Are T getting wiser and banning proxies faster than before
A4: Most of our twitter accounts work well with their proxies here. You may need to select good private proxies and manage well with them.
Q5:Can someone PM me if they BUY proxies and they are NOT having problems?
A5: You can google or find some good proxies provider on BHW, there are lots of good provider. If someone can share any good experience in finding proxy provide, it would be great.
Q6: Is this now requiring an overhaul to fix or am I missing something fundemental?
A6: Our tech team are always concentrating on bug fixed and updating. There are already some bugs on our todo list because of the recent change from twitter, we will try our best to fix them as soon as possible. If you have any problems to report, welcome to contact our 24*7 tech support team.
