One Week in as of Friday. Site is new 4 months old or so. Still not ranking. Zero SERP movement.

Also I did not see anything in the "Downloads" Tab of the blackholeseo.com site as promised.

We'll see what happens, I'll keep Posting.

Guys I have nothing do with BH 2.0 or Extrawinner but you are going to need to wait longer than a week to see SERP movement. Expecting it after a week is pretty ridiculous. Give EW and his team time, they know what they are doing.

Completely agree, although the downloads have not come through. I think its nice to read weekly progress for potential clients. This is something a lot of the services lack. I plan to post weekly updates.

Hi there.

I would like to come here and update everyone on what is going on.
As you may know I left organization and managing of BH2.0 to Bulldogzg - She is doing amazing job and now thanks to her - quality of support and service is just rising - never dropping.
We are working pro-actively on resolving all issues that appear and try to prevent them before anything bad happens.
That was the reason we have been working since 2-3 months on removing blog networks completely and changing BH1 in to BH2.0 so it will not be blog networks dependent.
Due to this months crackdown on BMR and some private blog networks from BHW we decided to speed up the switch over process and move towards social backlinks that hold a lot of power and are much safer.
I would also assure you that none of networks used by us was BMR - and none of our current networks got cracked as the above.
Thus - most of our customers 5% base that dropped used BMR or small private networks in past and are experiencing penalty from Google because of it.
So far we did not seen any negative movement on websites that never used different services than this - and if any of you is experiencing such a problems - please do open support ticket so we can investigate further.
We do offer full consulting and dedicated support for free to all customers - so do not hesitate using it. As Matija said above - even if we cannot remove historic backlinks bad influence (as we did not created them) we will still offer full customized support in removing those penalties.
One more penalty that we have seen recently by few users is "overdoing" services. Buying 3-4 services at a time and getting penalized for it. Please be aware that getting BH2.0 alone is enough to rank top - if you want to use other services as addition to BH2.0 please open support ticket so we can advice if it is a safe thing to do.
Once again - do not hesitate to open a support ticket and let us consult you and work on your issue.

Going on from what my good friend Bart has said I would like to add that I have managed the blog networks for bh2 since the start, ever since then I have monitored them very closely as they fall in with one of my own services here on BHW, fact of the day: none of my own service guys have seen ANY serp drops! you wanna know why? because we use: user contributed blog networks!

Listen I know lately there has been a big fuss about blog networks because of the downfall and deindexing of BMR, ALN and HPRS, the thing is guys these are all owner owned blog networks! Like come on seriously you really think you can buy high pr domains, make a blog and blast like shit and not get noticed? WAKE UP! It was a disaster waiting to happen! We have always used user contributed networks and still do and might I add every network we use and I still use still! have not had 1 single blog deindexed!

Is it true that once the main site is penalised, building BH2 links to any newly created post hoping to rank the inner url higher will have detrimental opposite effect ?

Guys some sites got hit - like 5% of the sites in service or so... and we'll do our best to get you out. Can you both pls. open support tickets over at Black Hole named "Penalty" so I can personally keep an eye on your site and we can test how to get you back up. Note that it goes way beyond just our service and if it wasn't so all of the sites in the service would have been hit while some are seeing amazing results.

Also I'd like you to follow EW's thread here and keep me up to speed about the steps you took.

However most recent G's update did go hard on the blog posts and for the same reason and for the safety or our clients we decided to stop the blog posts. At least till they prove to be safe again.

#1 Do you guys use diverse links? Do you guys rely a great deal on high PR link networks?

#2 Would you take on a site that was ranking #1 to #2 for 5 to 6 medium competitive KWs and recently was hit from this new update? This site also got the dreaded "unnatural links" message from Google

Just so you know I dont use GWT I just signed up to see if the message was there, sure enough it was.

One of the only issues that I have with this service is that you allow for 1URL, which is fine, but only 2 KWs. I believe that, unless you are changing the anchor text around, this can be harmful...

This is an AWESOME post as you touch on so many things!

Yeah shit does happen and always will but hey if it does we're in it together just like this latest unnatural links scare G is trying to pull off. The best thing to do now is not to panic but simply test as many things as needed till we beat it. And that's our plan to do here.

To answer your q's:

1. We do use very diverse links - so far we have social bookmarks, high PR profile link wheels, link pyramid made of web 2.0s backed up by bookmarks and profiles, wiki's, article links and our new addition retwitts. Also have 2 very hot link types getting ready to take off in a week or tow!

High PR networks are taking a break till they prove to be safe again and we only used private blog networks that are now out cause of the latest de-indexing fiasco (but we didn't use ALN or BMR at any point)

2. Yes we would certainly take the site in and beta test on it a bit to find what works. I'd also like to take a closer look at the site to see the on-site and link building history.

Yeah the one URL+2KW's thing is not a fix as you get to change your URL/KW's every week and we decided to throw in 5-10% random anchors like "click here" or just raw URL's as well.

What the hell is going on? It's 6:30am on my 1st Monday with BH2.0, and I am NOT #1 on Google... This is BS.. I Paid to be #1.... What a freaking scam. I mean REALLY, how many hours does it take to just put me at #1.

Now that I have all unreal expectations puked out, I want to thank the fine folks at BH2.0 for doing the hard work, that obviously most of us choose not to.
